Questions

How do I join The Guest House rewards?

It's free and there's no app to download. Tap Join on this page, or scan the QR code at the front desk.

How do referrals work?

Once you join, you get your own referral link to share with friends. When a friend books their first visit through it, you earn a reward.

What can I earn rewards for?

Visits, referring friends, leaving a Google review and sharing your visit on social media. Your rewards show in your Loop Fans account.

Can I use rewards with a membership?

Yes. Rewards are separate from memberships and House Credits, so members earn them too. Ask us at checkout how to use a reward on your visit.
