Mercedes is a licensed esthetician who opened The Guest House in Rocky Hill, Connecticut in 2020 to give clients expert hair removal and real care for the skin underneath.

Mercedes opened The Guest House on the Silas Deane Highway with a clear focus: professional waxing and corrective skincare in one place, treated as equally important.
Her clients come in with the things regular waxing can leave behind: ingrown hairs, dark spots, irritation, and skin that needs more than a basic routine. She built the studio's corrective treatments and The Hooded Lady Vajacial around those needs.
She also holds an MBA in Organizational Management, which shapes how she runs the studio and how she mentors other estheticians through the Guest House mentorship program.
